The Defects Tab provides a sketching facility where you can draw various types of defects found at the excavation.  There are also data fields associated with each coating defect.

The data captured takes the user logically through the coatings defect, entering type defect, size, pH etc. and thereafter any metal loss that may have occurred.  All measurements that need to be taken during Direct Assessment are provided for this section of the software.

The Picture Tab allows you to link any number of graphic files, such as photographs, to the excavation.
